Partner or host?
The host space is reserved for accommodation providers (hotels, gîtes, Airbnb) who build a digital guidebook for their guests. The partner space is for your business or activity: you publish your content once, it appears in the relevant guidebooks of your area.
You can be both at the same time (for example a hotel-restaurant). Each role has its own dedicated space.
