These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the use of the Casabee platform and the sale of services offered to users (hosts and partners). By using Casabee, you fully and unreservedly accept these GTS.

Casabee is a SaaS platform allowing hosts and local partners to create and manage digital guestbooks. Some advanced features are accessible via a paid subscription.
Subscription prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Casabee may change its prices; new prices apply from their effective date, after prior information in accordance with Article 12.
Payment is made online via Stripe (with 3D Secure where applicable). Casabee never stores banking details. Invoices are available in the customer account area.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content/services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period, after the consumer’s prior express consent and waiver of this right. Without immediate execution, the consumer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The user may terminate their subscription at any time from their account. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Unless otherwise stated, no prorata or refund is due for a period already started.
Casabee is not liable for indirect damages. In any case, Casabee’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last twelve (12) months.

The platform and its elements are protected by copyright. Users remain responsible for the content they publish (texts, images, events, logos) and guarantee they have the necessary rights.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Contact details of the mediator will be provided upon request.
Subscriptions are for a fixed term (monthly/annual) and are automatically renewed for successive periods of the same duration, unless terminated before the due date. In the event of a price change, the user is informed at least 30 days before it takes effect and may terminate before this date from their account.
Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. Trial periods may be limited, modified or interrupted; abuse may result in account suspension.
In the event of payment failure, automatic retries may be performed. If not resolved, Casabee may suspend access to services until payment or terminate the subscription.
Casabee uses reasonable means to ensure service availability. Planned or unplanned interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure.
These GTS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Casabee is based, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
