Casabee reserves the right to amend this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page.
When you link a professional Instagram account, Casabee periodically queries the Meta API to retrieve your posts and stories. Captions and metadata are analyzed to identify events (date/time, place, title).
We store minimal references to media (IDs, URLs) and metadata required for event detection. Full media are not re-hosted by Casabee. Created events become content in your Casabee profile, which you can edit or delete.
Validated events are displayed in your public guestbooks and can be removed at any time.
You can revoke access from Casabee or your Meta settings. Synchronization stops immediately and access tokens are deleted.
Casabee never accesses private messages or data outside the scope of the granted permissions.
The complete deletion of your personal data is carried out upon explicit request by email. You can contact us at contact@casabee.fr to request the deletion of your account and associated data.
For Instagram/Meta connections, you must also revoke access from your Meta settings to stop synchronization.
Some providers (hosting, payment, translation, Meta) may be located outside the European Union. In such cases, we implement appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequate countries or equivalent mechanisms).
